Rehabilitation Training
Rehabilitation Training
Rehab training is a specifically designed program consisting of therapeutic exercises and workouts based on your SFMA and FMS screening results. Every session involves training with expert guidance from your therapist, who uses corrective and functional exercise movements. The goal of these sessions and the program as a whole is to rehabilitate the dysfunctional movement patterns found in the screen so that your risk of injury is eliminated before attempting higher level of training/fitness. These sessions will restore you to a good healthy condition and your ability to functionally move during day to day life as well as during your workouts. To insure results a minimum of 10 sessions in succession is required.
