Join Jose 1 to 3 times a week in a small class setting and learn safe movement under load. This class is a combination of assessments, mobility, stability and mainly strength training. This is achieved with kettlebells, barbell, Indian clubs, sandbags and any tools necessary. Master strong body awareness, while completing new strength goals!
*Kettlebell classes are not massage therapy nor osteopathy treatments. Payment is excepted in full at the beginning of the month, as a monthly payment, and participants are not eligible for massage therapy nor osteopathy treatment receipts.
